Terms and Conditions

Jake Defense stands behind our industry standard limited lifetime warranty for all our products.

All products manufactured by Jake Defense are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.

All products manufactured by Jake Defense Official Store are warranted against defective materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

Jake Defense provides a warranty for all standard products, including optics, scopes, and red dot sights, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment. If any product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Jake Defense will determine whether to repair or replace the product. Defective products qualifying for warranty service must be returned to the factory, where typical repair turnaround time is approximately 2 to 7 days.

Warranty Policy and Service Instructions

The warranty covers functional defects resulting from manufacturing issues. It does not cover problems caused by misuse, accidental damage, or modifications. To request warranty service, please provide the following:

Warranty limitations

The warranty shall not apply to defects occurring as a result of unauthorized modification, incorrect maintenance, negligence, accidental or system misuse.
In no case shall Jake Defense liability exceed the original product's purchase price, nor will Jake Defense be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Jake Defense does not warrant that the operation of software or firmware will meet the purchaser's requirements or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The following conditions apply for returns:

The product must be unused and in its original condition, with no damage.
The original packaging and all accessories (such as manuals, parts, etc.) must be included and intact.

Return Shipping Costs:

For product defects: We will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
